CONCESSIONS

All concessions and concession rights belong to and are retained by the district.

The concession stands and their management and operation are leased to the North East Band Parents Association. This organization is composed of the band parents of the senior high schools.

The North East Band Parents Association shall pay the district 12.5 % of the gross revenue derived from all sales.
