In 1950s style, Wilshire Elementary School will gather at MacArthur Park (1611 NE Loop 410) on Saturday, Apr. 5, 2008 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for a Wilshire Family Picnic. Students, parents, staff, faculty and community members will spend the afternoon visiting and playing with friends and family all in celebration of the school's 50th Anniversary.
Participants need to bring their own food; however, the school will provide drinks and cookies.
