North East ISD Community Education is currently registering students for driver education classes. Fall schedules will be offered through out the district from September 2 to May 31, 2009, and tuition is $330 per student. The 2008-2009 class schedules can be viewed at http://www.neisd.net/drive/0809DEclassSchedule.pdf.
Students must be at least 15 years of age on or before the first day of class and in ninth- through twelfth-grade at any NEISD high school. Classroom sessions are offered at various locations and times, and driving sessions are available Monday through Saturday.
