North East ISD Community Education is currently registering students for driver education classes. Summer schedules will be offered at the North East Community Learning Center from June 9-July 31, 2008, and tuition is $330 per student. The 2007-2008 class schedule can be viewed at http://www.neisd.net/drive/Driver%20Education%20schedule.html.
Students must be at least 15 years of age on or before the first day of class and in ninth- through twelfth-grade at any NEISD high school. Classroom sessions are offered at various locations and times, and driving sessions are available Monday through Saturday.
