Professional/Administrative Salary Schedule
2006-2007 SCHOOL YEAR ONLY
The Human Resources Department determines an employees SCI (Salary Computation Index) based on job related verified experience. The SCI is used as a means of calculating the annual base salary of an exempt Administrative / Professional employee based on the number of work days that the employee is likely to work in accordance with the school calendar. The actual number of days that an exempt Administrative / Professional employee is required to work may vary as the employee is subject to being assigned work until the expiration of the last month of his or her contract. Exempt employees are exempt from overtime pay and are contracted to work either ten (10), eleven (11) or twelve (12) months during a school year.
