The HVAC and Controls Branch is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all District owned building mechanical infrastructure systems. These "mechanical" systems include:
- heating and boilers
- ventilation systems
- air conditioning units
- chilled water systems
- energy management controls
- refrigeration systems
- water treatment
- air handlers
- ventilation filters
The branch is comprised of superbly skilled and customer oriented technicians who provide an array of quality services in the areas of controls and HVAC. The division of trades are as follows:
- EMS Controls Technicians and 1 Scheduler
- HVAC Specialists and 2 Apprentices
- Water Treatment
- Boiler Mechanics
