The Preventive Maintenance Filter Crew is made of dedicated professionals that have a very clear understanding of the scope and magnitude of their job. There are three crews that tackle the enormous job of changing every filter in HVAC equipment located throughout the North East Independent School District. As part of an aggressive preventive maintenance plan, the filter crews remove and replace in excess of 12,000 filters each quarter, or over 48,000 filters per year.
