| P.T.S.A. Welcome
Packets for August, 2007
Any organization wishing to place information into the Welcome Packet for the upcoming school year needs to have
3,500 copies
to the office by Wednesday,
August 1. They should be marked for PTSA WELCOME PACKET. Also, it is required that they provide at least
5 to
10 volunteers at the actual packing day. That date is yet to be decided,however,
it will be the week before school starts, August 20-24. The PTSA will provide lunch for the volunteers as well
as a few door prizes for their time.
We MUST have a large volunteer network
to get this accomplished. Please contact Jackie Robb, President PTSA, at
djkrobb@aol.com or 403-9583 to give the names of your
volunteers and to let her know that you are wishing to have your group's
information in the packet. All welcome packet information must get pre-approved by Principal Bobbie Turnbo.
If it doesn't have her initials on it, we cannot put it out to the parents.
