2007 - 2008 Compensation and Retention Supplement Information
The NEISD Board of Trustees approved an average 4.5 percent salary increase for paraprofessionals based on their midpoint. The Board also continued the retention incentive supplement for all full time employees who are employed with the District by October 1, 2007 and remain employed through the end of the first and second semesters. For paraprofessionals, the retention supplement will be 3% based on their midpoint up to a maximum of $1,500 and will be paid in two paychecks. Additionally, there will be no increase to health and dental premiums.
