ASSISTANT SITE DIRECTOR
KIN / AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
PART TIME POSITION (REVISED 11-06-2007)
COMMUNITY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

High Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
After school program experience

MAJOR PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in supervising staff during program hours
Directs staff in implementing all daily activities in accordance with NEISD Policies and Kids' Involvement Network guidelines
Maintains communication among staff, students, parents and Kids' Involvement Network
Assists Site Director with the organization of materials at the program site
Assists with routine reports
Assists in supervising staff on positive discipline techniques
Assists in organization, set up and restoration of facilities in daily program
Assists in organizing and maintaining supplies and equipment for daily activities
Assumes responsibilities of Site Director when necessary
Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

HOURLY:
$11.05-$13.48 PAY GRADE: C3 WORK DAYS: 180
