ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT CLERK
INTERNAL ONLY
BULVERDE CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Texas Drivers License and driving record that meets the requirements of the District

MAJOR PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enters visitors in to Raptor System
Assists parents in registration process
Researches and verifies address of all returned mail
Backs up and assists Data Processor
Coordinates with other schools relative to student transfers in the computer and forwarding student request
Assists with answering all incoming phone calls
Post, verifies, corrects and maintains all student attendance files
Post students to Saturday school
Assists Data Processor in balancing six weeks principals report of attendance
Signs in a writes tardy slips for students arriving late to school
Completes School Attendance Verification forms for the Texas Department of Human Services
Exhibits a professional attitude at all times an provides customer service to students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members and employees of North East Independent School District
Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

HOURLY:
$11.05-$13.48 PAY GRADE: C3 WORK DAYS: 199
