MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Retired Army Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) who meets the requirements of Army Regulations 145-2 and is certified by, U.S. Army Cadet Command as a JROTC Instructor Demonstrates computer literacy Drill Instruction, Rifle Marks manship, Topographic map, Campuss and Rappeling experience a plus Possess sufficient medical, physical and mental fitness, and be willing to perform, participate, and supervise activities consistent with the conduct of the JROTC program of instructions directed by Senior Army Instructor/Director of Army Instruction
MAJOR PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach basic military subjects Issue, maintain and account for military clothing Supervise and coach various integrated curricular activities required extended days and many weekends Motivate students to excel in all areas Promote and recruit for the JROTC program Perform additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
SALARY:	Per Army Regulations	PAY GRADE:	A2	WORK SCHEDULE:	Twelve Months
