- All schools will be rated Recognized or Exemplary under the State accountability system and meet the federal standard (No Child Left Behind) of Adequate Yearly Progress.
- 100% of NEISD students will pass the Exit level tests.
- Every comprehensive high school cluster will have at least 10 National Merit Semi-Finalists.
