Tuesday night Churchill swept Regan. For the first time since 2004, Reagan was swept in district volleyball by our lady Chargers.

Reagan High School and Churchill High School placed first and third respectively at the 2008 Nike Volleyball Classic August 28 - 31 in Pearland, Texas. The NEISD schools competed against more than 70 teams from across the state, battling in more than 200 matches.

Churchill was led to third place victory by Chrissy Glenn, Alycia Cox, Polly Korbel, Tory Vaughn and Deveney Wells-Gibson. Vaughan, Korbel and Cox were all named to the All-Tournament team.
