Madison High School
This is a two-year course designed to prepare students who are interested in pursuing a career in the fields of hospitality, food production, and restaurant management. This is a partnership with the San Antonio Restaurant Association, Texas Restaurant Association, NEISD along with local restaurants serving as internship sites for students. It is a two credit class open to those students who will be sixteen at the beginning of the school year. It is a hands-on class where students prepare and make lunch for our customers (teachers & guests to Madison) and dine in our restaurant setting. It is a wonderful learning experience!
